How allowances work
Allowances count what you used in the previous 30 days, not a calendar month, so they refresh gradually. Paid plans also have a daily ceiling, so a burst cannot use a whole allowance in one day; the daily ceiling never adds to the 30-day allowance. Unused allowance does not carry over.
